For commercial business and real estate, we offer a very good option in metal coating. We use a variety of metal coating material, such as Acrylic, Silicone, Polyurethane and many other materials. Depending on the specific roof and situation, different metal coating material should be used for different roofs!

What seperates us from the industry is we offer free roof for leaks. We refuse to require or accept payment for leaks caused by storm damage because we understand the frustrations and struggles it can cause.
We provide quick and free roofing inspections, so once pictures of storm damage are documented, we will sit down and file an insurance claim. Taking the burden off you and making a stress free insurance process. We'll guide you every step of the way!

I've been in the construction industry for as long as I can remember. The Forrest Family has been in the construction industry for generations. When should you schedule an inspection? Or when is it time to consider options of a new roof?
If a recent storm consisting of hail and or strong winds has affected your town or neighborhood, I'd highly recommend a quick 15 minute roofing inspection because it could be the deciding factor of whether future unnecessary damage can occur
Depending on the materials and type of roof you have, if your roof is 15 years or older, I'd start making some early plans of getting a replacement.
